I spent four years as a data analyst and analytics trainer across Nigerian tech companies and training programmes. The same problem appeared in every cohort I ran.
Students who could explain a concept in class would freeze the moment a real business problem landed in front of them. After every programme the question was the same: how do we connect what we learned to what actually happens at work?
